You will be at the forefront of our company in direct contact with our customers, both B2C and B2B. You will be an essential part in ensuring customer satisfaction from order to experience.

GoCustomized.com is a young e-commerce start-up situated in the heart of Amsterdam, The Netherlands. We focus primarily on the personalized products market, explicitly the phone and tablet case branch. GoCustomized has built a winning business model that has propelled us from our small beginnings in the Dutch market, to currently serving 9 countries; Belgium, France, United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, The Netherlands, Sweden, Austria and the United States of America. All of this has been achieved in the last 4 years with the majority of growth coming from the last 12 months. We are not finished yet and are eagerly looking for new markets across the globe. Our Online Marketing strategies have proven beyond successful and we need additional man power to facilitate this growth.
For this reason we are looking to expand our reach by hiring motivated, energetic and eager to learn people like yourself. You will be able to witness and contribute to the rapid and successful growth of an exciting E-Commerce startup.
- The main responsibilities of this job are:
- Customer service for our B2C customers.
- Order management. Ensuring order and delivery run smoothly.
- B2B relationship management and order processing.
- MBO or HBO educational level.
- Fluent in Dutch and/or English (written and spoken). Any other language is a big plus.
- Hands-on mentality.
- Has a keen interest in the world of e-commerce.
- You are open to learn new things and not afraid to make decisions.
- A great communicator who knows how to make people happy.

Working hours are adjustable, but mainly 4 hours per day, 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon, 5 days a week.
