Hi this is Hugo: a startup going for gold! We're looking for a Sales Manager on full time in Amsterdam office, overly ambitious and eager!

Your job:
What we are looking for: a Sales Manager! It will be your job to sell my fantastic product to the best of your abilities but to also build a relationship with your leads and (potential) customers. In a much broader sense, you are my eyes and ears to the market and the needs that exist within. You keep track of clients, potential clients, competitors and do this while being a prime ambassador of Hugo! I am looking forward to meet you!

We expect you to take your own responsibility and be pro-active, you’re resourceful and an eager learner and thus be very successful at Hugo!

Note: This position is also possible as a no-cure/no-pay sales role. More gain, more flexibility.

NEXT TO THAT

  • Simply love sales;
  • Generate leads through your own pro-activity: you just pick up the phone and go;
  • Establish your own approach to increase sales across all event sizes and types;
  • Know how to build and maintain a proper sales pipeline;
  • Have experience with CRM systems;
  • You love ABC: ‘Always Be Closing’.

  • Not taking ‘no’ for an answer;
  • Having experience in selling software;
  • Taking the scalability of the business in mind in your sales processes;
  • Already having an established network within the event industry;
