Your main responsibilities are to onboard and educate new advertisers on using our Product, to build strong relationship with existing customers and to grow the revenue generated by advertisers within your assigned region.

We are changing the way in which people find their new home! Housing Anywhere is an international platform where landlords and home managers can rent their properties to international students, expats and young professionals.

In the Sales and Supply Team, we are responsible for the supply side of the marketplace. Our mission is to ensure that every tenant who is actively looking for accommodation can always find a home.

What you will be doing

Your main responsibilities are to onboard and educate new advertisers on using our Product, to build strong relationship with existing customers and to grow the revenue generated by advertisers within your assigned region. 

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales KPI & revenue targets; 
  • Onboarding of our newly acquired advertisers (landlords) within your assigned region;
  • Working with our Business Developers on educating new advertisers on Product usage to ensure they can successfully rent out their properties on Housing Anywhere. 
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our advertisers (landlords); 
  • Planning and executing meetings with our clients in the country you are targeting; 
  • Lead business planning and quarterly review process, as well as regular pipeline review and forecasting activities; 
  • Generating new leads, viewing prospects and qualifying accounts;
  • Formatting ads and optimization of the current inventory. 
  • Most of the activities that you will perform in this role take place via telephone / Skype. 


Who you are

  • 1-3 years of sales/commercial experience (preferably within the real estate industry or with inside sales for a marketplace or a SAAS business);
  • Comfortable working in an English environment. Other European languages are a big asset.
  • Has excellent commercial communication skills and strong relationship-building skills; 
  • Proven ability to build a pipeline of deals, working to KPIs and targets; 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, results-oriented environment, solve problems creatively, think on his/her feet and be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders;
  • Has experience in identifying and managing commercial opportunities whilst building and developing good relationships to retain customers; 
  • Is a great team player who takes the lead in driving initiatives, working across teams and structuring approaches to sales opportunities;

  • You will work 40 hours a week, but if Housing Anywhere grows faster than expected, then we are looking for people who are willing to take a step extra, when required;

  • Open to travel within Europe, when required. Expected travel, depending on region, could be up to 20%.

  • Full-time position (40 hours a week).
  • Starting: ASAP.
  • Probationary period: 1 month.
  • Period: we would like to start with a period of 7 months.
  • You will work from our office in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
